She initially worked with a leading equine nutrition company, where she helped formulate diets for racehorses, performance horses, and breeding horses. Her expertise in designing nutrition plans became sought after within the equestrian community.
In 2010, Cathy decided to use her knowledge and skills to establish her own practice.
