Damaged Items, Refunds and Exchange Policy
Any items that are damaged, whether that be the item itself or the packaging or items with missing packaging will be deemed as used and not available for resale, therefor the item(s) will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer at the cost of £4.99 which will be requested via Paypal or via an online payment and no refund will be granted.
Any instances whereby Paypal refund to the customer directly where we have supplied evidence of damage will incur a Paypal request for the money refunded to be reimbursed to Viam Mean Ltd T/As TotalHorse, if this is not paid we will invoice you directly.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days or receipt of the item, provided that it is in original condition and adheres to out returns policies.
TotalHorse do not take responsibility for any items sent back via couriers or postal service in relation to missing items, damaged goods in transit or goods not delivered to the correct address.
Exchanges on all footwear items incur a cost of £4.99 to the customer to cover the cost of shipping.
